Fabulous Greek Dressing

1/3 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp each garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt (I use RealSalt)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (emulsifier)

Process all together in a blender jar until thoroughly blended.
