Buttermilk Balsamic Dressing

1 cup buttermilk
4 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp basil, crushed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Blend together until smooth and transfer to a sealable glass bottle. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
